Especially useful

• Source corrections. If a citation in a reading points at the wrong chapter, or a rule has been rendered in a way the text does not support, please say so and name the passage. This gets fixed quickly.
• Convention disputes. Where traditions genuinely differ, Horā discloses which convention it follows. If you think the wrong one is the default, the argument is worth having.
• Computation bugs. A chart that disagrees with a trusted source — send the birth details you used and what you expected.
• Documented cases. The evidence layer grows by adding timed births with sourced, dated events. Contributions with real citations are valuable.
• Billing and consultation issues. A payment that did not activate, or a problem with a booked astrologer session — see the refund & cancellation policy first, then write in with your payment reference.

Not able to help with

Horā cannot offer personal consultations or interpret your chart for you by email — for a live conversation with a reviewed human astrologer, use Consult an astrologer; for a question answered from your own chart by an AI Ācārya, use Ask an Ācārya. The reading the software produces is the reading it has.
